Good morning scientists, here’s another quick update about our progress and an opportunity for one of you! It was another busy week for Labii LLC, well actually...it’s now Labii Inc.!

We were advised by our lawyers to convert sooner, rather than later, to ensure we won’t turn off too many investors. There are many reasons why C-Corp’s are better than LLC’s for startups (for the uninitiated, here’s a brief explanation of a few differences between C-Corp, S-Corp, and LLC. Also, check out this book for a great read and introduction to Corporate Law).
